KS Cooling designed and specified three independent Samsung Air Conditioning systems, providing tailored climate control across the property’s principal living spaces.
Every aspect of the installation was carefully considered, from individual system capacities and indoor unit positioning to discreet condenser locations and meticulously finished service routes.
Individually tailored Samsung systems
Three independent Samsung split systems were specified to suit the requirements of each space: a 3.5 kW wall-mounted system for the lounge, a 5.0 kW system serving the conservatory and adjoining kitchen area, and a 2.5 kW system for the master bedroom.
Discreet outdoor Condenser positioning
Careful consideration was given to the positioning of all three outdoor condensing units, utilising less prominent areas of the property to minimise their visual impact. This approach preserved the appearance of the home’s principal elevations without compromising accessibility or installation quality.
Meticulous pipework and service routing
Refrigerant pipework, condensate drainage and electrical services were carefully routed to minimise their visibility. Particular attention was paid to neat containment, consistent pipework support and precise detailing, ensuring the finished installation complemented the property’s high standards.
