Effective climate control
NR Health & Fitness required a complete Air Conditioning solution capable of maintaining comfortable training conditions throughout the club. With high occupancy levels and demanding exercise environments, effective cooling capacity and consistent temperature control were essential considerations.
Purpose-designed for every training area
The club’s open-plan gym floor, upstairs functional training area and dedicated studio each presented different cooling requirements. KS Cooling was responsible for calculating the necessary capacities and specifying suitable equipment to provide effective, balanced cooling throughout the facility.

A tailored Air Conditioning solution, designed for performance and precision
Strategically designed cooling distribution
Six black MHI four-way ceiling cassettes were strategically positioned throughout the main gym floor, delivering 60 kW of cooling. Their four-way airflow distribution was designed to provide consistent comfort across the open-plan training environment.
Dedicated system design for each training area
Each purpose-built training area was individually assessed, with Air Conditioning equipment carefully selected and specified to suit its unique requirements. This tailored approach ensured effective cooling performance throughout the club, from the open-plan gym floor to the functional training areas and dedicated studio.
Exposed installation with exceptional attention to detail
With no suspended ceilings, all interconnecting services were carefully routed and supported at high level. Black cassette units were selected to complement the club’s branding, ensuring the completed installation integrated neatly with the building’s industrial-style interior.
